CallTower is enabling remote workers with their  solution, with 1-month free service, no implementation fees and express deployment to keep employees connected and working while taking emergency precautions due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

To further enable the anticipated changes to workplace behavior under WHO, CDC, and other local health department guidelines and precautions due to COVID-19, many companies have mandated that employees work from home whenever possible. Many businesses have older contact center technology that will not fully support a remote workforce. To assist these businesses, CallTower is providing customers with a program through April 30, 2020, that will enable customers to move to our Cloud Contact Center product and take live traffic within 2-5 business days. CallTower is empowering businesses to continue to service their customers with a fully remote workforce. 

This program will include:

  • Contact center provisioning within 2-5 business days of order (timeline based on basic IVR routing configurations only. Advanced IVR configurations to be completed in 2-4 weeks)
