As the Senior Vice President of CCaaS, CX, and AI Solutions at CallTower, Joe leads our Customer Experience (CX) Solutions & Services practice on behalf of CallTower. With 25+ years of experience in senior management, executive sales, and professional consulting, Joe is passionate about enhancing customer communications through innovative solutions and services.
After a successful sales career covering niche business applications, ERP, and Telecom, Joe Co-founded Inoria Inc., a North-American-based CX & CAI software reseller & services business. While serving as Inoria’s EVP Sales & Marketing, Joe was instrumental in helping build the business to 55 employees & 125+ customers across the United States & Canada. Prior to the acquisition of Inoria by CallTower in 2024, Joe was pivotal in helping the company achieve the highest ranking of Partner of Year – North America: Canada for one of the nation’s leading CX Software providers.
Under CallTower, Joe oversees all sales, service, consulting for our CX portfolio of solutions including CCaaS, Conversational AI, Customer Experience, WEM/WFM, Analytics, and more. Working in tandem with CT’s Executive Team, Joe’s core expertise lies in helping businesses optimize their customer experience strategies, leveraging AI and all Communication technologies to drive efficiency and clarity throughout the organization.
Beyond his personal achievements, Joe enjoys the outdoors and being involved in his community and some local charities. And when he’s not on an airplane, visiting customers, or attending events, Joe enjoys spending time in his hometown of Montreal, Quebec (Canada) with his wife, family and grandchildren located in Montreal, QC and Los Angeles, CA.
