Device Unlock Requirement
The mobile device used for this product must be unlocked via the cellphone carrier. Below are links to request device unlocks:

Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Add the Extend App
- In your Teams account, navigate to [+Apps] on the left-hand menu.
- Search for “Tango Extend” in the Apps search bar.
Step 2: Install the Extend App
- Select [Add] next to the Extend app.
- Confirm by clicking the [Add] button.
Step 3: Accept Terms of Service
- Click [View & Accept Terms].
- Scroll through the terms and select [Accept] in the bottom-right corner.
Step 4: Follow Extend App Instructions
- Copy the provided code.
- Open the URL and paste the code as instructed.
Step 5: Install the eSIM
- Navigate to the eSIM installation option on your device.
- Scan the QR code provided by the Extend App.
For Apple Devices:
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM.
- Select Other Options > Use QR Code and scan the QR code.
- Turn on VoLTE under the eSIM menu.
For Samsung Devices:
- Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM.
- Select Scan QR Code and use the device camera to scan the QR code.
Using Extend for Teams Calls
For Apple Devices:
Calls can be initiated from:
- Keypad
- Recents
- Contacts
- Email or Webpages
For Samsung Devices:
Calls can be initiated from the same locations as Apple devices.
Teams Features with Extend
The following Teams features are available via the Extend line on your mobile device:
- Voicemail: Dial 500.
- Do Not Disturb: Enable with *30*, disable with *31*.
- Call Forwarding:
- Immediate: *33* <number>
- Unanswered: *34* <number>
- Ring Also: *35* <number>
- Reset: *32*
