The CT Partner Hub Guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to help partners seamlessly set up their profiles, navigate the portal, and maximize tools like the Content Hub and Deal Registration for streamlined collaboration and success.
Setting Up Profile via Link
- Click on the link provided via email or on the partner portal informational page.
- Enter your company name and email.
- Note: If the company name differs from CallTower’s internal Salesforce records, your account will not be created. Contact CTpartnerhub@calltower.com for assistance.
- Follow the steps under Navigating the Portal.
Accessing Account via Invite
- Click on the link provided via email and create your credentials.
- Note: Your profile is already set up; you just need to personalize your login credentials.
- If you encounter any error messages, contact CTpartnerhub@calltower.com.

Navigating the Portal
Welcome to the CT Partner Hub! Once logged in, you’ll see a dashboard with the following options:
1. Messages
- A revolving section featuring curated, new, and important content.
- Quick access to the latest educational pieces.
2. Content Hub
- A library of educational materials organized by capabilities and platforms.
- Features include:
- Favoriting helpful pieces for easier access.
- Downloading and sharing content.
- Co-branding options available by contacting mdoner@calltower.com.
3. Deal Registration
- Register new deals, track existing ones, and view a custom dashboard with data and analytics.
- Tips for Deal Registration:
- Enter as much information as possible.
- For required fields where information is unavailable, enter “N/A.”
- If unsure of your CallTower contact, check the Global Sales Map in the Content Hub or enter “N/A” for team assignment.
