Nick was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Nick got started in telecom working in an MCI Call Center at 18 and being recognized as their top inbound salesperson nationally. After attending ASU and graduating with a degree in Accounting, he returned to telecom working for Electric Lightwave, followed by starting his technology consulting business in 2007 called Zoom Communications, LLC. Throughout the last 14 years and a couple of branding changes, his company now has over 500 Medium to Enterprise Clients, 100+ Referral Partners, has qualified for multiple President’s Club Sales Awards from distributors and vendors, and has been awarded the Channel’s Partner’s 360 Award 3 times which recognizes the top Technology/Telecom Consulting Firms Globally.

What do you love about your job?

Being Objective. I love being able to talk to a prospective client, hear their challenge and offer a completely non-biased direction on solutions/vendors to solve it.   Therefore, I started the company and why we have built tremendous trust with our referral partners and clients over the past 14 years.

What do you like about working with CallTower?

About 40% of our business is UCaaS projects, so we have a lot of experience working with multiple vendors in the space. What differentiates CallTower is their fantastic integrations with Microsoft products, specifically Teams, and the quality of their Implementation Managers to deliver the solutions promised during the sales process. There is nothing worse for a client or our reputation than a vendor we bring in as a solution and it must be ripped out; this is never a concern when we are working with CallTower and that gives us and our clients a lot of peace of mind.

I’ve been to 30 countries, so too many favorites to list!

How do you spend your time away from working in the channel?

In my spare time, I enjoy golf, movies, travel, great food and spirits, and spending time with my awesome wife Rachel and two beautiful daughters Harper and Mackenna.
