CT Cloud Boost delivers enhanced network stability by directly connecting CallTower data centers to a customer’s network. CallTower’s customers using hosted Microsoft, Cisco, CT Cloud Voice, Contact Center platforms will realize optimal performance via intelligent load-sharing across multiple Internet connections including dynamic failover between circuits.
This solution is dedicated to delivering Quality of Service while staying outside of the customer’s existing firewall. In addition to enhanced quality and user experience of CallTower’s solution, CT Cloud Boost will improve overall performance and utilization for thousands of cloud-based applications, including Office 365, Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics. It will also provide key reporting, real-time analytics, historical data and the ability for CallTower to analyze the entire route from customer premise to their hosted applications.
CT Cloud Boost will include:
- Intelligent load-balancing across multiple Internet paths from different ISPs
- Quality-of-Service (QoS) capability to prioritize VoIP and other latency-sensitive traffic over commodity Internet
- Same IP failover capability to allow for uninterrupted VoIP and Unified Communication sessions while moving between circuits
- Real-time intelligence on circuit latency, packet loss, jitter and throughput
