CallTower Connect Enabled to Provision for Microsoft Teams

Delivering Voice Enabled Microsoft Teams with administrative control through CallTower Connect and Teams supported devices

CallTower customers will now be enabled to set-up and manage Microsoft Teams alongside Cisco, Skype for Business, email and conferencing in one easy-to-use application.

CallTower Connect is a solution management application, built from the ground up for speed, ease of use and personalization, designed to manage by user and location.  The application is launched from a web browser by an end user or company administrator to add or manage CallTower hosted services such as Cisco UC and Microsoft solutions including Skype for Business, UC Analytics, Contact Center Solutions and now Microsoft Teams.

Working to further enhance the Microsoft Teams experience, CallTower is now offering Microsoft Teams enabled Yealink phones to deliver more options for customers who require desktop phone capabilities. Yealink’s devices are ideal for common area use, call center or customer service sectors.
