How to Download Java.

CallTower’s VoIP test requires you to have the latest Java version updated on your device and the Java plugin enabled.

Below are instructions on how to update and enable your Java plugin:

Recommended Browsers: FireFox, Internet Explorer, Safari

• Click here to download latest Java update
• Download Java
• Return to VoIP Test and click “Test Now” 
• Click to enable Java plugin. A popup from Visualware will appear
• Click run and again a second time
• The VoIP Test should now be running

Browser: Chrome

As of April 2015, Chrome has disabled the standard way in which browsers support plugins. Click here for more information on how to enable your Java plugin.
