The GCC High Feature Gap
Microsoft 365 offers four cloud environments, each tailored to different user needs and security levels:
- Microsoft 365 (Commercial): The standard cloud environment for most users.
- Microsoft 365 GCC (Government Community): Designed for general government users.
- Microsoft 365 DOD: A cloud environment authorized for Impact Level 5 in Azure Government, exclusively for DOD personnel.
- Microsoft 365 GCC High: Created for other agencies and contractors requiring high security but not classified as a “high side” environment.
Key Gap:
- Microsoft Calling Plans and audio conferencing are unavailable in GCC High.
