How to Use CT Fax
Sending with CT Fax
- Open a new email.
- Enter the recipient’s fax number followed by
@ctcloudfax.com. - Attach the document you wish to fax.
- Send the email.
Receiving with CT Fax
- Sender faxes a document to your fax number.
- The fax is routed to your email inbox.
- Open the email to save or print the fax.
- Forward the fax if needed.
Using CT Fax Complete
- Once your account is activated, sending a fax is as easy as sending an email:
- Open your email program and compose a new email.
- Attach any supported document (PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, TIF (TIFF), TXT).
- Address the email to the destination fax number (10-digit number) followed by
@ctcloudfax.com. - Send the email as usual.
- You will receive delivery confirmation via email.
- Preview Option: To preview your fax, send it to your own fax number before sending it out.
