INFORMATION REQUIRED TO REGISTER YOUR SMS CAMPAIGN
To build your CT Cloud SMS services, you will need to complete the below to register the account.

  • Legal Company Name
  • DBA or Brand Name
  • Tax number / ID / EIN: Which Business Type best represents your company (Privately Held, Publicly Traded, Nonprofit, Government)?:
  • Business Address: Street address, City, State, Zip
  • Contact information: Email, Phone
  • Website URL
  • Privacy Policy is mandatory and must be listed on the website:
  • Must be clear that end user’s personal info will not be shared or sold to third parties for the purpose of marketing. Example statement: “No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”
  • A website URL is required for your Privacy Policy.
  • Call to Action/Message Flow: (How do they opt in) Then what happens until the initial message is sent.
  • Campaign Description: The campaign description should clearly explain for what purpose the messaging is being used by the company.

Sample Message: HI [name]. [Company Name], Just reaching out to remind you that your invoice payment due date is XXX

 

VERBIAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR EVERY INITIAL SMS SENT OUT

  • [Company Name] Thank you for opting in for our texting notifications. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Msg frequency varies.
  • If the end user opts out, this reply is mandatory:
  • You have been successfully unsubscribed from [Customer Name]. If you accidentally unsubscribed, Reply START to opt-in to messaging.
  • You can get more assistance from our website at: [Customer website] and [Customer Phone number]. Text STOP to stop receiving messages from us. You can also text START to restart getting messages from us again.
