I started my career in the carrier space working for XO Communications, where I spent 7 years selling solutions to large enterprise clients. I then took on a role as a Director of Networking & Telecommunications at a publicly traded medical imaging company with responsibility over voice & data networks, unified communications platforms, and contact center technology. After several years in IT operations, I transitioned to the consulting role at ARG and have been here ever since!

How do you spend your time away from working in the channel?
In pre-covid times, my husband and I took every chance we could to travel and visit new places. Since then we had a baby girl, Olivia James, who is now 8 months old and keeps us very busy.
