Martin's Bio

As Vice President of Customer Success and Services, Martin is responsible for all post-sale customer operations and success. Martin creates a seamless client onboarding process, oversees a 24x7x365, customer-centric, technical support experience and leads a world-class customer experience though our Customer Success Program. He is also responsible for our purchasing and logistics operations.

Martin comes to CallTower with over 10 years of business operations experience. He started his career at the Department of Defense working international logistics for the F-16 Foreign Military Sales Program. After transitioning back into the private sector, Martin worked global sales and distribution of medical imaging equipment. Martin joined CallTower managing the logistics operations and has held various positions at CallTower; most recently he held an essential integration management role during CallTower’s 2018 acquisition of Appia Communications, undertaking the responsibility for a seamless operational transition.

Martin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Sales from Weber State University and a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University.
