Calltower delivers true unified messaging - the capability to integrate voice and e-mail into a single message "store" for retrieval and management.  E-mail, voicemail, and chat - through a phone, browser, or desktop.

In the message "store" a voicemail can be retrieved, forwarded, deleted, modified, saved, backed-up and restored in the same manner that any mail object would be handled.  Business users no longer need to "call in for messages." Voicemail can be presented as an attachment to an e-mail, which can be accessed from a PC or PDA.  In addition, the CallTower solutions offers text-to-speech, which allows users to have talking e-mail, and respond to the mail as they would if they were using a PC or phone keyboard simply by using voice commands.
