Secure Conferencing: Each customer is provided a conference bridge with a private, dedicated dial-in number. The conference bridge is password-protected and can accommodate unlimited simultaneous participants.

The conference bridge is initiated and managed through CallTower’s secure on-line portal and includes the following features:

• Security: Unique user ID and password
• Name Announcement: Callers self-identified as they enter the conference call
• Three Role Levels: Moderator; Attendee Talk/Listen; and Attendee Listen Only
• User Volume Control: Callers can adjust volume or mute the call using the keypad on their phone.
• Up to 10 simultaneous conferences
• Scheduling: Managed through on-line portal
• Toll Or Toll Free Access: Receive calls to a specified conference number and/or through a toll free number

Microsoft® Office Live Meeting

Microsoft® Office Live Meeting is a hosted Web conferencing service that connects and engages audiences in online meetings, training, and events through a reliable, enterprise-class hosted service.   With meeting attendees participating from their PCs, you can deliver a presentation, kickoff a project, brainstorm ideas, edit files, collaborate on whiteboardsegotiate deals at a fraction of the cost, and without the hassle of travel.

The audio, video, and media are integrated, bringing together multiple communications channels, including live and recorded video, chat, slide and application sharing, VoIP and PSTN audio, and audio feedback tools.

Video Conferencing

With Microsoft® Live Meeting, Microsoft Office Communications Server and your built-in or roundtable camera you can have a seamless videoconference meeting as if you were meeting in person. Additionally, with our CX5000 camera you can have a 360 degree view conferencing. Attendees can share movie clips, presentations, flash animations, and audio files.

 

Immersive Conferencing

CallTower offers Immersive conferencing, a new trend in videoconferencing that enables you to experience a true high definition, multi-point roundtable meeting environment. Our technology partners include Cisco and Polycom.
