What is E-Rate?

E-Rate is the commonly used name for the Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund. The program provides discounts to assist most schools and libraries in the United States to obtain affordable telecommunications and Internet access.

What is Priority 1?

All E-Rate eligible districts can receive funding for communication services, including VoIP telephony, email and internet access.  Priority 1 applies to all schools and libraries and is always funded.
