Bret England

CEO & President

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Bret leads the CallTower team in delivering integrated best-of-breed communication solutions.

Bret has more than 25 years of experience as a senior financial and operational manager and investor. Prior to CallTower, Bret worked in senior, domestic and international, financial and operational roles at Symantec, Informix, Alta Vista, Portal Software, NetManage and JDA Software. Bret has also assisted several technology companies in various CXO and board positions and as an investor through England Consulting and Capital Group. He started his career as a Certified Public Accountant working for KPMG and Deloitte & Touche.  Bret has significant experience with all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and has been involved in over 50 transactions in excess of two billion dollars.

Bret has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Weber State University, a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and is a graduate of Stanford Business School’s Executive Education program.

William Rubio

Chief Revenue Officer

As the Chief Revenue Officer, William is responsible for our company-wide sales and business development organization, including our partner program and wholesale offerings.

William’s creative and innovative approach to sales have served him well, as he is largely responsible for the growth and long term success of CallTower.  William brings over 20 years of experience in telecommunications/IT and sales. Prior to CallTower, William was responsible for leading EarthLink’s Nationwide Hosted Voice Cloud Solution in the channel/partner community, served as the Vice President of Sales at STS Telecom and held several leadership sales/engineering positions at AT&T, XO Communications and other related technology companies. He has a lot of knowledge of VoIP, Cloud, channel solutions, Wholesale, IT, operations, and product development of the industry. 

William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and a Master in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University’s graduate program.

Shaun Chambers

Chief Product Officer

As Chief Product Officer, Shaun is responsible for CallTower’s overall product and marketing strategy, including product selection, product management, and company-wide marketing initiatives.  In addition to product and marketing, Shaun is also responsible for CallTower’s Solution Engineer team. 

Shaun has over 20 years of telecommunications experience and over 10 years of executive leadership experience.  Prior to CallTower, Shaun served as the CEO of SoundConnect.  Under Shaun’s leadership, SoundConnect grew into the industry leading conferencing and collaboration service providers before merging with CallTower in 2016.  Shaun worked with several successful startups and served in a variety of corporate telecommunication positions. Previous careers include positions with MCI, Net2000 Communications, Platinum Networks, VNX, and OneVoice Communications.

Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Systems Management from Ohio University and pursued post-graduate studies at Johns Hopkins University for his Master’s in Business Administration.

Brandon Watts

Chief Technology Officer

Brandon connects people through technology as CallTower’s Senior Vice President of Technology and Chief Technology Officer. He develops and delivers technology solutions with competitive advantages.

Brandon has been at the forefront of technological innovation in the telecommunication and IT industries for 27 years. During his tenure, he has been a leader in developing and providing Cloud Hosted IVR and Call Routing systems, which have successfully processed over a billion customer calls. His products have allowed clients to meet customer needs quickly and with few errors.  His systems achieved an up-time greater than 99.999%. Brandon also designed and developed a multinational network and cloud solution, linking retail locations with corporate headquarters and allowing for secure real-time data collection and storage. Brandon has not only surpassed client needs in the private sector, he has led efforts for Government agencies. In providing them with an integrated solution, he reduced processing times on millions of government documents.

Wade Creager

VP of Client Services

As Vice President of Client Services, Wade is responsible for all our customer facing responsibilities; implementation to support.  Wade comes to CallTower with 20 years of leadership experience in large enterprise companies to small startups.  Wade has domestic and international experience working at, consulting, partnering with or contracted at: Alcatel, Apple, AT&T, BT, China Telecom, Cisco, Deutshe Telekom, eircom, EMC, HP, IBM, Juniper, Microsoft, Mozy, Netgear, Nortel, Orange, TATA, and Telefonica.  

Wade has significant leadership experience in Operations, Technical Support and Services, Logistics, Implementation/Onboarding, Training and Consulting.  Wade attended Weber State University, served in the United States Air Force, and has lived internationally for program, project and corporate startups, build-out or market growth.

Shawn Hansen

Corporate Controller & Director of Finance

Shawn is the Corporate Controller and Director of Finance. He is responsible for all financial activities and supports employees’ desire to continually improve, learn and grow, so the company can be known for its expertise.

Shawn is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in accounting and finance. Shawn joined CallTower from Public Accounting in the audit practice of Ernst & Young. Shawn has extensive experience with accounting and finance processes, procedures and controls as well as financial statement preparation and presentation.

He holds both a Bachelors and Masters of Accountancy from Brigham Young University.

Todd Hess

Director of People and Organization Development

As Head of People and Organization Development, Todd Hess is the leader of our Human Resources, talent management, training and development of employees and customer education at CallTower. For over 20 years, Todd has been passionate about developing people and ensuring organization health by developing people across the United States and in Asia.

Prior to CallTower, Todd was the Manager of Training, Quality, and WFM at Vivint Smart Homes and Service Readiness Learning Manager at inContact.

He holds a Master of Science in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University.
